Prime Line® Announces New Customer Service Manager

BRIDGEPORT, CT – June, 2010– Prime Line® proudly announces the promotion of Margie Acosta to Customer Service Manager. Margie has been with Prime for over 10 years as Production Control Manager. She will continue to work with production control-related issues and will now oversee the order care department as well.
As Customer Service Manager, Margie will oversee Prime’s call monitoring and training program for customer care representatives to ensure the “total customer experience” is the best it can be. She will be designing and implementing new processes and procedures company-wide that elevate customer satisfaction to another level.
