Prime Resources Corp. Appoints Rick Brenner President & CEO

BRIDGEPORT, CT – May 17, 2004 – Prime Resources Corporation (home of Prime Line, ASI 79530/UPIC:PRIME and Logotec USA ASI 67871/UPIC:LOGOTEC), a Counselor Top 25 Supplier, has announced the appointment of Rick Brenner as President and CEO. A long-time advisor to the company and to Bob Lederer (Prime's founder, owner and most recent President/CEO), Rick joined the company on May 17, 2004. Lederer assumes the office of Chairman and said: "I will be as deeply involved as ever with Prime every day, but my great loves are working closely with our loyal customers and with our sources for new products. Having Rick on board will enable me to focus in these areas even more."

Mr. Brenner has a solid track record of building quality-oriented service businesses for more than 30 years. He founded his first company – US Maintenance Corporation -in 1971, while he was a college student, and grew the company to 1,600 employees before selling it in 1994 to ISS, a $3 billion multinational NYSE firm. Following two years as Group President at ISS, he became Entrepreneur in Residence at Prospect Street, a venture capital fund in New York City where he coached CEOs of the firm's portfolio companies and advised on the firm's investments. From 1998 through 2000, Brenner was CEO of a NASDAQ firm, Skyline Multimedia, leading that company through its two most profitable years ever. Since 2000, Mr. Brenner has maintained a consulting practice advising mid-sized businesses on acquisitions, growth strategy and profit improvement.
