Art
Artwork will be sized as large as possible or at designer’s discreation for visual appeal unless otherwise specified.
Acceptable File Format
Adobe Illustrator vector artwork is preferred. Please save as an .ai or .eps file with all type created to outlines.
Unsupported Art File Formats
InDesign, QuarkXpress, Pagemaker, Freehand, and Photoshop. Additional art charges will apply to recreate art in usable formats.
Microsoft Office Programs (Microsoft Word, Micorsoft PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) are not graphics programs and will not be recognized as acceptable artwork file formats.
Production Schedules depend on the quality of the artwork received by Prime Line®.
Acceptable Compression Files
MAC SIT or SEA (StuffIt®) or HBX (BinHex). PC files can be compressed with WinZip®.

Actual PMS colors will vary from the catalog representations. PMS matches are
indicative of how they appear on a white substrate and will change depending on
the color of the item.

billing & shipping
Billing Terms Net 30 days for credit-established distributors only. 1.5% monthly interest charge will accrue on past due balances. All payments must be made in U.S. or Canadian funds. A $50.00 charge will be assessed on any returned checks. Accounts requiring collection will be liable for all associated costs. Distributors on pre-payment and new accounts without established credit must provide a check or VISA, MasterCard, or Discover with the following information: Cardholder Name, Card Number, Expiration Date, 3-digit Card Security Code (located on the back of card) and Billing Address.
Production time will not begin until credit is approved.
Catalog Substitutions We reserve the right to substitute at any time, products of comparable price and styling for those shown in this catalog. Actual colors of items may differ from those shown in the catalog. If color is critical, please request a sample. The information presented on primeline.com supercedes any catalog for pricing, specifications and options. Please refer to the web prior to placing an order. Listing an item in this catalog or on our website is not a guarantee of product availability.
Cancellation Policy Please note that all orders placed with Prime Line® cannot be cancelled once we receive approval of a pre-production sample or an email or fax proof. All approvals are required in writing. Cancellations prior to approval are required in writing and the customer is responsible for all charges incurred to the point of cancellation as well as a cancellation fee.

Over/Underruns We reserve the right to ship 5-7% over or under the quantity ordered and bill accordingly. If exact quantity is required, please specify on order.
Returns Our Quality Assurance Department must be notified of any quality issues regarding merchandise or imprint within 15 business days of receipt of order. All returned merchandise must include an RMA (Return Material Authorization) issued by our Quality Assurance Department or the shipment will be refused. The RMA number must be prominently marked on the outside of every carton returned. No return freight will be allowed without prior authorization. Unimprinted merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Samples cannot be returned for a refund.
Shipping Terms Method of Shipping/Liability: Best way F.O.B. factory Connecticut unless otherwise noted. Factory cannot be responsible for delays or damages en route. All claims should be promptly filed by purchaser with the carrier at the time of delivery. Air shipments must be requested for specific delivery dates. Since the factory has no control after shipment has been turned over to the freight carrier, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping weights and packaging quantities specified in catalog and on primeline.com are approximate and subject to change. Invoiced shipping charges include a fee for handling and insurance.
